In 2021, the construction of a carbon-based new material project with an annual output of 15000 tons will start in Taigu Economic and Technological Development Zone. After the completion of the project, Sanjin Carbon will become the largest aluminum cathode carbon manufacturer with the largest scale, the most complete variety, the most advanced equipment and the most complete quality control in China, and the company's total production capacity has reached 110000 tons.

Development
The company's graphitized cathode project with an annual output of 20000 tons of high quality in Shuixiu Park, Taigu County, was launched. The project covers an area of 111 mu and has a total investment of 0.2 billion yuan. With a better design scheme, the project was completed in 2015 and put into operation in December 2015.

The company rushed to the forefront of the development of the carbon industry with a leading attitude, invested in the new graphitization one-stop production line, became one of the few domestic manufacturers that could independently produce a full range of aluminum cathodes, and at the same time raised the maximum specification of the product to 600 × 750 × 4400mm.
